Lately I have been into home decor and crafting it up for the holidays...

I took out the pictures and clutter from these 2 shelves and added some

simple decor and flameless candles.

I made this fall wreath with a friend, it was so fun and easy to make!

I recovered our chairs...

and painted out dining table with chalk paint {my latest obsession}

Made this collection box for the homecoming fundraiser/

Made these "wish" bracelets for a friend's trip {goodie bags}

We wanted to send our wonderful teachers off with something special for all their hard work with our kids.

We made the kids apple sauce graduate cups and a book mark with a special poem {tea light}.  I love the way everything turned out!

Baggies

I made these baggies after watching these youtube video...I changed the way the bag closed because of time constraints.  I think it still turned out pretty cute!

Refinished Shelf Project Part 1

Here is a shelf I found for $15 at Trinkets and Treasures in Fall City.  It sat for a while in the garage until I got around to buying the primer below...no sanding required!

Claire's Airplane Birthday Party Favors

Here are the airplanes that I cut with the Cricut cartridge, Boys will be Boys 

for Claire's 2nd birthday.

I used glue dots to stick them to this cute mini bucket and cut the tag out with 

my Bigshot {Chalk Talk Framelits, embossed with clouds folder, 

and stamped with Family Phrases "thank you"}

Chip Board Book

My friend Janet asked me to make a guest book for her husband's co worker who was retiring from their architecture firm NBBJ.  His passion, Washington Red Socks, baseball and fishing.

Money Jars

Another Pinterest idea...money jars.  I thought this was a great way to help Emi understand about "saving" and "spending" money.   Emi and I made these together, they were really quick to put together {grab some old jars, scrapbook paper, and baker's twine or ribbon.}  I need to make a set for Kenzi next!
